Sex and the City 2 has been confirmed!
SATC writer-director Michael Patrick King tells E!’s Marc Malkin, “I’m very excited to work with these amazing actresses again and would love to give everyone more information about the sequel…but I’m busy with my Sex life.”
All four Sex-y ladies — Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis — signed their deals! Shooting begins this summer with a tentative Summer 2010 release date.

With the surprising turn out and of course the amazing numbers at the box office, fans will get to see the ladies in action once again. But the stars of the movie aren't rushing to be apart of it just yet. They may feel that this instant success should be taken slowly and not rushed.

I would agree. I loved the movie a lot and like most of us I wanted more but I don't need to have it anytime soon. I want to miss the girls a bit more before I see them all on the big screen again. I say in 5 years I will be ready and excited with the outcomes of their lives. Is that too long?

What kind of girl would I be if I didn't spend a little time on the SATC shoes?

Years ago, Sex and the City's Carrie Bradshaw led a shoe revolution; she made every working woman a shoe fanatic,including myself. Spoiled by six seasons of incredible footwear, we headed into the movie screening with high hopes. I was not disappointed. I swear every pair that Sarah wore I fell in love with. Especially in the first scene. Now I'm not into the gladitor sandal look, but I can sure get with the look on heels.

I ventured a guess that they were Givenchy, but now I'm thinking maybe D & G. We have lots of fabulous readers, so if someone knows for certain, please please please share. Of course I'll be doing some research of my own because I'm sure your all dying to know.

I must say this movie is so amazing, funny, fabulous and meant to see more than once. I enjoyed getting an early show and mingling with women who were so excited just like me. What a great bonding experience for women to have.

The movie was worth the wait and effort. It was perfect and it was direct. A few tears, laughs, nods, and appreciation was what I received. I'm so ready for pt.2 but really don't think it should happen for at least 5 yrs.

The clothes were so fabulous even better than what we usually see. It was a must have in every clip. Why can't I have that enormous closet that Big made for her! Oh that was a closet that I would even sleep in!

I'm taking my boyfriend to see it, I just can't get enough. And I want to say to the three men who were in the movies with their wives yesterday. You guys rock!

I laughed, I cried and expected the unexpected. It was really a great movie, I must see it at least one more time. Well they did it no surprise to anyone, “Sex and the City” did fantastic in the box-office and it looks like the movie is turning into ‘a girls night out’(As it should be). The movie earned $20 million in box office last night.

Yes Yes!! Today is the big day ladies and gents. Can you believe it? It's finally here. If your a fan and kept up with the series like I did then your just as excited. Every now and then I go back in time with the show and recite some quotes, or just gather all the factual information. I've been very precise with all of my posts on Sex And The City and I have yet to let you down. Apparently the movie is going to be 148 minutes, that's 2 hours and a half. That's just enough time for a lot of questions to be answered. Although sources have been saying "There are some twists" I still expect a very good happy ending. I don't care what the critics are going to say, because they don't matter. I'm my own critic when it comes to SATC and I believe and hope that it will be satisfying until the very end. Don't you agree?? Being a huge fan of the television show, I'm eager to see how it transferred onto the big screen. It should be fresh, funny,stylish and of course sexy as I remembered and loved. People complain that when television shows are made into a movie, it will just be a longer version of an episode of the television show. I do not think this is the case with Sex and the City: The Movie. Be your own judge and go see it today or this weekend. I'm already one step ahead. As Carrie Bradshaw would say "If your single or in a fight with your lover, there is always one thing you should take out with you on a Friday night....your friends."

London Premiere of Sex and the City.

I was hoping the premiere would take place in New York hence the title Sex And The City! But what can you do? The lovely ladies looked marvelous as always on the Red Carpet, but I know that people who don't know about fashion are going to criticize Sarah's hat. Its couture and with fashion nothing is ugly its all about the way you wear your clothes.. Twelve days and counting until the big day for us.

Hopefully, the actresses are able to take a break from all the press until the movie is released that is. With all the publicity they've been getting they need one, their exhausted.

Almost time to see those Cosmopolitans girls!! 28 days

Yes I'm talking about Sex and the City again, I can't help it I'm obsessed. The cast of the Sex and the City movie stopped by Oprah to chat about fashion, their lives, and of course that amazingly anticipated film coming out MAY 30TH. All the ladies look fabulous of course, even Chris Noth aka "Mr. Big". Oprah gushed about the movie too, urging women everywhere to make a girls night out to see it — as if anyone needs any convincing about that. In the true spirit of Carrie Bradshaw, Sarah Jessica couldn't resist comparing her enthusiasm to shoes, when asked about if she was excited about the film saying, "Excited is like a flip-flop to a high heel…it doesn't even describe it!"..When she said that I definitely said to myself " Okay now that's Carrie Bradshaw"

While I'm wishing May would move faster so we can finally check out the film, Oprah picked a group of die hard SATC fans for the film's very first screening. The catch was that the audience was only treated to 3/4 of the movie, and will have to wait until May 30th to see the ending, just like the rest of us who aren't lucky enough to attend the premiere. Plus, SJP herself swore them all to secrecy about it saying, "You can brag, but you can't blog." And I took that into much consideration, being that this is a blog. So you will find no secrets here because I really don't have ANY!
