Beauty: Lucy Hale mark. Cover

If you’re loving the beauty look of Lucy Hale on mark’s Megalog get the scoop on how you can achieve it too your own.

mark. Celebrity Makeup Artist Fiona Stiles created the holiday look with a flashy winged eye, rose gold accents and a flirty vibe. She gives the details on Lucy Hale’s beauty look.

SKIN

I prepped Lucy’s face with mark Got The Goods Multi-Benefit Foundation Lotion SPF 15 in a complementary shade and swept mark Light Show Illuminating Face Powder

 

across the apples of the cheeks, blending upwards. Then I applied mark That's Brilliant Face & Eye Luminizer along the bridge of her nose. Finally, I dusted mark Set Things Right Loose Powder all over her face.

 

EYES

I applied mark Touch & Glow Shimmer Cream Cubes All Over Face Palette in cube 1 (top left) on Lucy’s lids and blended just above the crease.

Next, I used mark No Place To Run Longwear Eyeliner in Jet Set along her upper lash line and pulled outwards to create a subtle winged cat eye. I continued to line her lower lash line from the outer corner to the middle of her eye. I finished her eyes by brushing two coats of mark Lash All You Want High-Volume Mascara in Black onto her lashes.

LIPS

For Lucy’s lips, I applied mark On The Dot Color Lip Color Compact in the red shade (shade 6) to provide a pop of color and complete her look.

mark. celebrates 10 years providing women with trends in beauty + fashion  and their October Magalog 10 cover shines with R&B singer Elle Varner. If you love her beauty look, mark’s Celebrity Makeup Artist Jamie Greenberg created Elle’s look with a few signature products, check out the break down on all the products used so you can create your own beauty glam looks.

Face & Cheeks:

“I began by applying mark Got the Goods Foundation ($18) then concealed any imperfections with mark Super Conceal Concealer ($10)

I dusted mark Just Blushing in Charmed ($9) onto Elle’s cheekbones to add a soft, rosey tone. To set the look, I applied mark Great Finish Pressed Perfecting Powder ($12).”

Eyes:

“I swept mark i-mark Metallic Eye Shadow in Goldiluxe ($7) all over the lid. Next I used mark What A Line Eyeliner in Twilight ($10) along the upper lash lines and extended it just beyond the outer corners of the eyes. To make her eyes pop, I applied two coats of mark Lash All You Want High Volume Mascara in Black ($10) onto the lashes.”

Lips:

“To compliment mark’s fall accessories, I gave Elle a beautiful, deep red lip by applying mark Mark it Rich Lip Color Crayon in Royale.” ($11)

If you love beauty but can’t afford the luxury brands at the moment there’s always another option and that is the budget way. Below are a few budget finds that can work into your fall beauty looks.

Full Face Palette $9.80

This palette is a similar style to the well known e.l.f palettes, it offers a how to guide, eye shadows, signature blushes, lip-glosses and liners. Plus it comes in two great color shades as well for a day or night time look.

This lipstick is a smooth texture that feels amazing on the lips as well. The color is a deep burgundy a retro color shade for the season, rock it to your next cocktail party.

Celebrity Makeup Artist Jamie Greenberg was on hand to doll up Jessica Pare from Mad Men, who attended the White House Correspondent dinner. Jamie shares the signature products she used so you ladies can achieve your glam look as well all from mark.

The Look: “I wanted to keep Jessica’s look glamorous, neat and conservative. We decided to go for a clean girly look: all pinks, and a tight line on the lid and lashes.”

 

The Eyes:“I started by applying mark Please Hold Eye Primer to create a strong base. Next, I swiped the light pink shade from mark On the Dot Pastel Eye Color Compact onto Jessica’s lids. I framed the eyes using mark Get in Line Hook Up Liquid Waterproof Liner in Painted Black and finished the look by applying mark Lash All You Want High-Volume Mascara in Black on Jessica’s top and bottom lashes.”

The Brows:“I used mark Brow Factor Hook Up Clear Brow Gel to create the perfect shape for Jessica’s eyebrows.”

Face & Cheeks:“I started by applying mark Primed for Perfection Face Primer to create a strong base. Next, I applied mark Got the Goods Multi-Benefit Foundation Lotion SPF 15 in Very Light 2 to moisturize and even the skin. I blended mark Just Pinched Instant Blush Tint in Cheeky into Jessica’s cheekbones, followed by mark That’s Brilliant Face & Eye Luminizer for a natural flush and gorgeous highlight. I set the look by applying mark Matte-Nificent Oil-Absorbing Powder on Jessica’s T-zone.”

Lips:“I applied mark Lipclick Full Color Lipstick in Baby Luv to complete the sweet, girly look.”

Beauty: 2 Lipsticks Shades To Rock For Spring

The best two shades to rock for the spring season is coral (in a red or orange undertone) or mauve ( plum/pink undertones) these shades are very popular because they transition perfectly for the summer season as well. Depending on the colors you choose you can easily adapt them in to a day into night look as well. Either splurge on a amazing brand or rack up on a few budget brands and get a variety of shades.
