Backstage Beauty: NYFW Erin Parsons at LaQuan Smith F'W19

Makeup Artist Erin Parsons gave us a bronzed smoky eye look for the LaQuan Smith F’W19 runway show. It was a 90’s dramatic beauty look mixed of browns and neutral tones. The look was still very glam and modern on the models. Maybelline products were used to create the beauty look, get the scoop below.

Signature products used were Fit Me Poreless Foundation, Tattoo Studio Sharpenable Gel Pencil Liner in Bold Brown was used on upper and lower lashes, the liner in shade Deep Onyx was used in the upper lash line then shade Soft Nude was applied along the lower waterline to brighten eyes.

The City Mini Eyeshadow Palette in High Rise Sunset, the lightest shade on the brow bone, medium brown on top and bottom lash line. Numerous coats of the Colossal Mascara was applied on top and bottom lashes. For a 90’s lip a mix of Sensational Shaping Lip Liners in shades Gone Griege, Totally Toffee and Rich Chocolate were applied. In the center of the lips Superstay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick in shade Driver was also used for more effect!.

The beauty look for this show was gorgeous! It was inspired by high glamour and a bit of Grace Jones on the eyes!

FACE: Apply Flawless Fit and contour the sides using Facestudio Master Bronze Kit. To lighten up cheekbones Total Temptation Highlight + Shadow Palette was used in the gold shade.

EYES: Use Total Temptation Brow Definer for brows, lined the lashes with Drama Gel Pencil in Sleek Onyx and blend. Add black shadow to the lids from the Total Temptation Palette. To add more fierceness use the pearly powders from the Python Metallic Kits in Untamed and Venomous for a metallic sheen. Use Master Chrome Highlighter (Molten Gold) under brow bone and corner of eyes. Rim the water line with Gel Pencil in Starlight Gold. Lastly add Washable Mascara in Blackest Black. 

LIPS: Layer lips in Creamy Matte Lipstick Burgundy Blush and top the gold shadow on top from the Python Metallic Lip Kit Wild.
