Events: Sunbow Sunscreen Launch

Sunbow Sunscreen Event
S1340022

I attended the Sunbow Sunscreen Event at the Mondrian Hotel in NYC last week and I was able to get the scoop on the brand and how the product came together.
S1340001Sunbow is hypoallergenic, water resistant and a paba free formula.  The  great thing about this sunscreen is it goes on in colors but dries clear so that you don’t miss a spot.  The variety of sprays, zincs and sun sticks make it easy for any child to apply.

Your kids will love the fun that Sunbow features like SpongeBob SquarePants (yellow formula) and Dora the Explorer (pink and blue formulas).

S1340004· SPF 30 Sunscreen Spray ($9.99) – Bubble gum fragrance

S1340012· SPF 45 Sun Stick ($7.99) –Bubble gum fragrance

S1340013Even though it’s branded for kids the product is fun enough for us adults to enjoy as well so do keep one in your handbag ladies ; ).

The creators behind the brand are Joel Menzin and Andy Gershon.  Andy gave me the scoop on how he came up with the concept and the idea behind  merging into a sunscreen line.
