Miley Cyrus was all smiles as she filmed an appearance on MTV’s TRL Live to promote her recently released album. The “Hannah Montana” starlet’s latest work, which hit store shelves yesterday, has already taken over the number one spot on iTunes, with her single “7 Things” sitting as the fifth most downloaded song. Very impressive Miley, i'm not sure why everyone gives her so much slack because I love her. Looking very cute and poppy in this peach and white polka dotted bubble dress with purple pumps. Very stylish for a 16 year old.
