Trends: Summertime Skirts

Flirty Skirts

Even though dresses bring out that strong flirtatious factor during the summer season, a skirt can do the same effect with just the right style and color. Whether it’s short, long, bold or sheer how you rock it makes the look become more alive.

ASOS Pencil Skirt in Aztec Print

The color pattern is great for a simple tank top or you can easily make it fun fierce at night with some sparkly open toe wedges.

River Island Navy Lace Skater Skirt

It’s youthful and exciting perfect for those beach days, throw on your over the top wedges and work it!

Pink Pencil Skirt

Pencil skirts don’t have to be too dull at the office just bring out a hint of color and keep everything classical chic.

ASOS Maxi Skirt With Seam Detail

This style is great for a dinner night out in the city add a color block belt to really capture a statement look.

Ruffle Skirt

This color will give your skin that glisten glow, you can also enhance the look with simple embellished sandals or strappy golden style.

GlitterBuzzStyle: Outfit Of The Day

Dinner Night Out Look

OOTD

For a dinner night out on a Saturday night I wanted to rock a LBD with a classic look with a touch of sex appeal and glamour girl style.

The Brands

Dress: Joyce Leslie ( I’ve had this dress forever and was doing some closet cleaning and found this easy to look good number. It’s a great black dress for every occasion and the lace details give it a classic touch).

Shoes: Victoria Secret ( I love the trendy style of these shoes it’s perfect for a casual look and it works well with some dressy styles, VS has great shoes even designer brands so do check them out online).

Clutch: New York + Co ( What chick doesn’t like a sparkly beaded bag, this was a gift and I rock it all the time because I love the beaded details on it, just wish it wasn’t super small).

Headband: Dauphines Of New York ( This style is called the Regal Countess, it’s glamorous in it’s own right. I love the blinged head accessories it makes you feel beautiful automatically. I will be doing a full review on this product as well).

Necklace: Ann Taylor Loft ( It has a vintage approach that I love and it looks amazing on v-necks and scoop styles).

Hope you liked my Outfit Of The Day and hopefully I introduced you to some new brands. Remember it’s not about the labels it’s all about what you like and what look goods on you, if you find something expensive and it looks gorgeous rock it! And if you find something that’s on the cheap rock it and be fabulous labels mean nothing embrace your style!

GlitterBuzzStyle: Outfit Of The Day

S1210011

Well this look was from my Saturday night out 5/21/11 at the Liberty House Restaurant in Jersey City. It was the day that some say the world was coming to an end, thank god everything was cool after 6 pm and I was able to have a fabulous dinner and cocktails ( hope you all caught my tweets that night ; )

S1210016 DRESS: Fredericks of Hollywood. I’ve only worn this dress 3x and I love the nude effect. I am not a huge fan of halter dresses but I figured it was time to rock one! I have that bronzer on lock. (Elizabeth Arden)

S1210019CLUTCH: New York + Company I don’t own a nude clutch so I figured I would shimmer it out since it was after 9 pm and the best way to do that is sparkles ladies!

S1210018SHOES: BCBG At first I was going to rock black pumps but that would be too easy so nude was my going with a fresh pop.

S1210017NECKLACE: JC Penny You can’t rock a tube dress or low cut look without something extra on the neckline, so my crystal beads had to work well for some glitz and

S1210012  EARRINGS: CZ Studs Avon I love these earrings they look expensive but I only paid $3.99 and I racked up as well. I wear them all the time because they look so good can’t believe they were so cheap, got to love a bargain!
