Beauty Buzz: Spring Finds

This is going to be a popular product because it's fun and every women loves rocking a cute manicure. Skincare to me is the most important element before any beauty application and I am so excited about this new product from L'Oreal Wrinkle Expert only exclusive at Walmart. It helps you maintain your skincare regimen in the category of age. I think moisturizing is the key secret for keeping the skin healthy and the L'Oreal brand recognizes it. The product is extremely affordable just under $10 and reviews are already on high 4.5+. The only con that I see that's missing is the SPF.

 

 Jergens is a major power player in my beauty routine I have been a true customer for years and praise this new product. This Hydrating Coconut Moisturizer is so ideal on the body and skin. I use it daily, my skin feels and smells so good. This is a must have I even hosted a giveaway on this because it's all that. The sizes varies with price points under $4 but its so worth spending on the larger size!

 

My new favorite "IT"  thing is Confidence In A Cream so I am into my 2 weeks regimen with this product and wow! I have capture photos of my daily usage because I want you ladies to see the changes in the skin. This stuff feels luxury and it's working with keeping my skin looking healthy. I don't have any real skincare issues because I really work on making sure I take care of my face. I started using this product after I discontinued using my Aveeno (which I will make a video on). This is going to costs you with its high beauty price of $48. I know it's a lot but it really does work. Check back to see my full results one more week to go!

 

It's time to own the runway just like the models did when they were rocking MAC's new it lipstick. It was all about Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolour doing New York Fashion Week! Boldness of colors just time for the change of the weather. Favorite colors that seem to be a trendsetters dream are Fashion Legacy, Tailored To Tease and Lady Be Good. The reviews on this one are pretty mixed, I can honestly just stick to any shade of their signature lipstick and be just as glamorous!

Beauty Buzz: Springing In with MAC

MAC has new spring launches that are worth discussing since the brand stays very current on the trendsetter scene. The first batch making it way are eye shadow compacts that come in 9 shades or 15 shades.

Eyes On MAC

 

I love having a palette that gives me my basic colors I'm comfortable with along with some pops to give that option to be daring. The 9 shadow palette is $32 which to me is a bit much but I am confident with the brands pigmentation so I can adjust to the price. The only three compacts that I think are beneficial for long term use are the three below.

Burgundy Times Nine

Purple Times Nine 

 

The 15 shadow palette gives you more to work with as far as color play but to me it isn't worth $65. I would prefer to have few shadows along with a compact that has a mirror and some type of brush. Even if it was a cheap brush just something extra would be nice if I spending a good deal of money. Below are the only two palettes that I think should be of interest especially if you're a makeup artist. These would be a good add on to your makeup kits.

So MAC has a fragrance Air Style which is surrounding by the scent of floral and wood blends. It comes in three signature sizes with the price ranging from $22-$49.50. I would stick with a nice rollerball size it's lightweight for the spring/summer season and easy to put in smaller bags. You can exclusively find at Macy's signature lipsticks that will collaborate with the launch of this fragrance.

 

 

 

 

 

Lastly foundation! The major necessity and complaint I hear so many women rave about. Foundation is a deal breaker when finding the right shade for a woman's skin tone. It's something that I get asked to do within my own collection and I just can't dive into the challenges because I know how hard it is when finding a true match. I must say that this MAC Studio Tech collection stood out to me because it was mostly darker shades. The industry does get slack for not being well diverse when it comes to need. But is it even well diverse now with this new collection?

Beauty Buzz: M.A.C + Cinderella

 

 We all love the story behind Cinderella and it's magical theme. It's timeless character brings the ultimate collaboration with top beauty brand MAC Cosmetics. The shades of this collection to me is not very ideal for all women to enjoy since the colors are a bit too light. If you have the porcelain skin and even a fair complexion it suits you well. I was hoping that a desirable pink shade would have glammed the collection since its a diverse shade. What's your thoughts on the simple beauty of this collaborations?

Beauty Buzz: MAC Beauty Icon Collection

 

 

 

The Brooke Shields collaboration with MAC Cosmetics is so stunning with the color shades ranges. I wasn't sure how it would work with my skin tone but so far I am interested.

The Beauty Icon collection will be available tomorrow.

 

My faves the lipsticks in Gospel and Excite with a bold orange mix and also a gorgeous burgundy priced at $22.

 

The Cream Color Base $31 looks so amazing with the duo effect of bright coral pink and burgundy rose.

 

 Burgundy is the color trend to get on.

 

And lastly the nail lacquer shades can take you from day into night with Dignity and Pricey for $19.

Items I can pass on are the shadow palettes and lip gloss, seems similar looks from other brands.
