Reminiscent of a luxe penthouse, Empire is a chic rooftop oasis 12 stories above Manhattan's classy Upper Westside. This skytop jewel exudes class and sophistication. So, if you are looking for an upscale atmosphere...look no further! Empire Rooftop has it all for you. In the Penthouse Lounge, party goers will find comfy seating, a bar, and window-lined walls. Just off this area is the East Terrace, which offers a private bar, seating and cabanas. There is also the Rooftop Terrace, covered with a stunning glass convertible roof.
