I was in Atlantic City at an expo show and H&M was in the area, I decided that my 2 1/2 drive needed some much needed shopping so here are the trends I splurged on.



Basic Tee $5.95
You can't get a enough of a simple tee, its perfect for jeans or a simple look for the day. You can always dress it up with much needed accessories. Tees in black and white are a must you can never get enough of those colors. But please do pick a pop color, I opt for the pink but I was tempted to buy baby blue with a lace trimming and with a longer sleeve but $9.95 wasn't a price that I was feeling. These tees are scoop neck so the give you a nice showing and they fit very well around the breast area.

Black Leopard Skirt $12.95
I'm into some animal prints but this one was just the perfect one, it has that stretch material so it snugs in all the right spots. I love it a lot.
Pencil Skirt $19.95
I never owned a pencil skirt because of my petite frame it just didn't look so good. But I actually have gained a few wanted weight and I must say I love a pencil skirt. They had this skirt in black but unfortunately someone decided to return the only size 4 and it looked a hot mess so I picked out the Khaki, and I'm not a fan of this color so much so I do plan on switching it to black because I can rock it all seasons long.High Waisted Skirt $24.95
If you don't own a high waisted skirt get to your local H&M and you will be obsessed with this. If fits like a glove, it's the perfect fit and you will heart this. If it comes in another color buy it as well, I didn't try to seek out another color I was hooked on this one.

My Accessories
Long frost/pink necklace $12.95- I love the color and the length.
Silver Chandelier Crystal Earrings $4.95- I love the style very dramatic.
Leopard Hoops $3.95- Can't beat a cute pair of leopard earrings.

Distressed Jean $69 Teal blue brings your out your showstopper qualities and passion for creativity. I love the teal/white effect and ripped touch. Great way to glam up a casual tee.


Graffiti Slit Neck Tee $29
This festive tee is cute for an addition to your comfy sweats and velour pants.

The tee says it all. I like the color scheme, rock it at the gym for instant shock appeal.



Peacock Screen Tie Back Dress $69 This is very pretty I love the peacock detail on the neck it gives it an upgraded classic look.

With her creative style former Danity Kane member Aubrey has her own clothing line Heart On My Sleeve and I decide to check it out to see what was so HOT about it. My thoughts on it is cute, simple and very amature. Basically its tees with broken hearted message on it. Hopefully she will make this new line a bit better because I expected more dazzle and less fizzle!

Side note: My opinion on this DK break up is this Diddy is very right about Aubrey I feel
the same way. I see her as the wild card of the group but in a good way. I think she needs to grow up a bit and get a mature head and she will be back in DK. Also Dawn to me seems like she is ready to take over but I don't think she has that WOW factor she is just there to me. But I really like DK and I'm sure we will see them together in the future so I'm not upset!

White sandals are a must and an up-do (low bun) would be perfect. An oversized bag would be too massive for this outfit so stick with a mini white clutch.

This is a simple black dress with some extra sass to it. It’s fitted, sexy and flirty. Black heels are at the top of the list with this outfit. Add some fierceness with a ring or extra long earrings!

Look at the choices you have a different flavor for each day. These are great skirts but ladies you must have the right portions below to make this look very sexy. This skirt demands curves so if you’re lacking don’t waste your money.

Great pop color to have in your closet and for this price it’s well worth it. You can have fun with this skirt and mix match colors to give it your own signature style. If they stare who cares! Don’t you love being the center of attention!

I think this is very cute, the color is ideal for the season it’s short and very trendy. I would play this down a bit with a cute low heel sandal or even a thong flip flop with major detail or busy patterns. The outfit makes a statement don’t over do it by being overly accessorized or too sexed out!

Plaid Cork Heel $24.50

These sandals are great for the summer I especially love the pink one than I would have to pick the blue and last would be black. I think these are great to be paired with shorts and jeans. I’m not thrilled about them with skirts or dresses they don’t seem that dressy for me. But I’m sure you can dress them up and make them look glamorous too.

I was in target looking for basic necessities and I began looking around to what great collections I could find on a budget.

Mossimo $7.99

Mossimo’s has great fitted tank tops that feel and look amazing on your body. At first I didn’t want to buy it but once I tried it on I picked up 3 tanks and than I went back this morning and picked up another three. They are awesome and my boyfriend loves the way it looks as well so you know I had to buy more. They have a huge selection so if you want to get other colors you won’t have a problem with this.

I also found some great summer get up and go dresses. They are so easy to work with and they are great for day time activities. And 19.99 you might need to buy a few for that price at least you will have amazing great colors to choose from to wear for that day.

Target has a major sale going on for accessories so you might want to go to the actual store and browse for those trendy pieces. I found so many great necklaces and bracelets by Xhilaration. The colors were mixes of yellow, purple, royal and orange. The different types and styles are the ones that caught my attention. I love out of the ordinary shapes and designs because no one seems to pick them up and they leave them all for me. Thanks! You have to be different in this world if you want to get notice so grab those items that you over look!
