Oh yay!! Heidi Montag and annoying boyfriend Spencer celebrate her 22ND birthday yesterday. While they’re usually known for their overdone, lavish lifestyle, earlier today Heidi and Spence took a low-key approach to a very special day.

The e pair was spotted enjoying a casual afternoon at Will Rogers State Park complete with a picnic, presents, roses and balloons.

Although I'm no huge fan of Miss Montag she looked casual-yet-sexy in a white tank top along with a short black miniskirt and a pair of black studded ankle boots that fell in love with at first sight.

The Kentucky Derby At Its Best

Many stars flocked to this event wearing nothing but the best attire. Especially all the ladies sporting those oh so wonderful ENORMOUS hats. Yes readers the Kentucky Derby is not about horse racing it's about the ladies hats!

Speidi made it all the way from Hollywood to Louisville to check out the horse race. Heidi just happen to look fabulous in that spring piece this is a plus for you girl(yes I'm saying it). That fuchsia hat was a great color to pick out to go with the dress. I know I am suppose to say that they are an annoying couple but they actually look really cute in their ensembles.

Lee Ann Womack went all out in her , Looks like she is stepping off a couture show runway in Paris. I love your boldness Lee Ann, Fashion is Fun.

I have to say that Hugh Hefner and all three of his bunnies look really cute in these outfits.
I'm not sure if these ladies were at the event to check out the race or to just show off their beautiful hats. They all look so fabulous.

Gabrielle Union went for a more tined down hat. Which goes well with her dress. I'm guessing she didn't want all the attention to go to the top of head. Overall she looks great!

The annual White House Press Correspondents Association Dinner went down this weekend.

Among those in attendance were newly engaged couple Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz, along with reality show stars Lauren Conrad, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.
And there’s plenty more celebrity presence on the way. Reportedly everyone from Ben Affleck, Eric Dane, Tim Daly, Hayden Panettiere, Marcia Cross, and Pamela Anderson were all on the exclusive guest list. I'm sure it was an interesting affair.

Everyone looked stunning and classic. To end the evening, Bush conducted the US Marine band in a medley of patriotic marches.
