Studded Leggings

The media was in a frenzy over Beyonce’s studded leggings, the label behind the craze E-label, try to find a pair of these now =sold out. Can you believe they were only $23.

So the next alternative was studded tights, I found this hot site in the UK bebaroque legwear that’s worth checking out. These may be the next trend I think I may try them out.

The claws are out and it's not looking to good for Beyonce and her "At Last" tune to our new president. Etta James who she portrayed in her movie "Cadillac Records" wasn't too happy when she saw that Beyonce was singing her song that she made a classic to the president.

Etta James made her strong thoughts known at a concert.

"You guys know your president, right?" she asked the crowd amid cheers (listen to it here. "You know the one with the big ears? Wait a minute, he ain't my president, he might be yours, he ain't my president. You know that woman he had singing for him, singing my song -- she's gonna get her a-- whipped. The great Beyoncé ... But I can't stand Beyoncé. She has no business up there, singing up there on a big ol' president day ... singing my song that I've been singing forever."

Wow, very classy! I was wondering why I haven't seen Etta James singing this song as well, I guess Beyonce has some explaining to do.

GOLDEN GLOBE 2009

Did you watched the Golden Globes last night. I didn't either but I did watch the fashion and here are the photos of the celebrities that were a hit on the red carpet!

Olivia Wilde looked very soft and pretty in the dress. It's different and it looks great on her petite figure. I love the ruffles a lot. I do believe Rihanna wore a similar dress for the BET Awards show in yellow.

Hayden Panettiere looked pretty in her deep purple gown. She wore Gianfranco Ferre and YSL shoes . Hayden toted around a purple resin Ferragamo barrel clutch and finished off her ensemble with Fred Leighton jewels (rose-cut diamond and diamond briolette pendant earrings, in platinum; 4.0 carat rose-cut diamond and cognac briolette diamond ring, in platinum).

Jennifer Lopez made her point, she is hot! Even though this dress wasn't the best of the night she totally rocked this look out and she knew she looked sexy in it. I can feel her confidence!

Jennifer wore a plunging shiny gold Marchesa gown and Lorraine Schwartz jewels.

Blake Lively looked very pretty in blue, this form fitted dress did wonders on her cute figure and I love the fresh appeal of the bangles it makes an extra statement.

Blake wore a strapless Nina Ricci gown with large sequin detailing. Blake finished off her look with Fred Leighton jewels: diamond flower fringe earrings, in silver on gold; rock crystal and diamond bangle bracelet; a carved ruby and sapphire, and diamond bracelet, in platinum; three vintage diamond bracelets, in platinum; 1920’s sapphire and diamond bracelet, in platinum; 19th Century diamond bracelet, in silver on gold; and diamond and aquamarine openwork bracelet.

Beyonce hit the red carpet with her beau as well and she looked stunning. She knows how to add extra fabulous on the carpet and she glistens well with that big rock on her hand as well. Her dress is gorgeous and the necklace is glam!

Drew Barrymore looked very pretty, I love the dress the bracelet and the pop red clutch. Her stylist new that this look would work. I only wish the hair would have been more tamed. The hair was a bit wild and a simple push back do would have been successful but it's still a hit in my eyes!

Drew rocked a John Galliano for Dior gown. Drew finished off her look with a bright red Rogier Vivier clutch and Lorraine Schwartz jewels.

The most over-rated couple of the night made the crowd go wild but why were we all focusing on Angelina, because her dress and make-up looked beautiful. Brad was just the filler.

Angelina in a Atelier Versace gown with the Jimmy Choo “Emma” Satin Sandal. She finished off her look with “Platinum” jewels by Neil Lane. Angie’s luscious locks were done by David Babaii and makeup applied by Mary Burton. Her look was put together by the style genius Jennifer Rade.
Brad Pitt looked dapper in his Tom Ford tux! He finished off his look with a David Yurman twenty-two carat gold and black jade Petrus ring.

Hot teen couple Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens proved that the young generation can pull a hot outfit together and make it spark on the red carpet.

Vannessa was in an Alberta Ferretti gown. Zac in Burberry suit, Ferragamo shoes and IWC watch.

Beyonce gets another film!

The 27-year-old singer/actress reportedly just signed on to do a remake of A Star Is Born. Mindy Peters, the wife of film producer Jon Peters told the Houston Chronicle that Jon had signed Beyonce to the film.
A Star Is Born is a film made popular by Barbra Streisand in the 70s, Judy Garland in the 50s and Janet Gaynor in the 30s. The movie centers around a has-been
rock star who falls in love with a young, up-and-coming songstress.

Is it just me or are you tired of seeing Beyonce doing the same roles as an actress. I love Beyonce but I would really love to see her in a movie that didn't involve singing I want to take her serious as an actress but all these sunging roles are becoming too common for her.

AMA'S Was Rocking!

Christina Aguilera was the opening act. In the span of five minutes, Aguilera hits on pieces of "Beautiful," "Fighter," "Genie in a Bottle" , "Ain't No Other Man" and "Keeps Getting Better," swapping back and forth between hats. Opening with the ballad allowed Aguilera to flex her vocal muscles

Beyonce Knowles showed us why she's a true diva at American Music Awards. She performed the hell out of “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)” - I got a little nervous for her at one point, because I was afraid her goodies would have popped out.
Always on top of the fashion game, showed off her curvaceous figure as she performedfor the crowd.
I must say she rocked the stage.

Ne-yo definitely hit the stage pure gentlemen style. Ne-Yo had legs flying all around him during his performance

Natasha Bedingfield performed “Soul mate,”(one of my favorite songs) “Unwritten,” & “Pocketful of Sunshine” . She was phenomal, her voice is really wonderful.

My diva Mariah Carey looked super duper cute in a form fitted gown during her “I Stay in Love” performance.

Taylor swift sounded charming

Like always these two lovers went home with many trophies last night. Brown took the prize in 3 categories- Favorite Pop/Rock Male Artist, Favorite Soul/ R&B Male Artist, and Artist of the Year. Rihanna went two for two, winning both the Favorite Soul/R&B Female Artist and Favorite Pop/Rock Female Artist. Although her performance wasn't all that and a bag of pringles we should all know by know that she's not that much of a performer, but who cares it's still RIHANNA!. We'll let our girl Beyonce take all the performance heat.

Alicia Keys is always known for great performance surprises. Alicia keys teamed up with Queen Latifah and Kathleen Battle to perform her hit single “Superwoman”.

Kayne west great. Hitting the stage all by himself singing his new hit "Heartless" Truly a good song and a powerful one I might add.

You know you’re a pretty big deal when Gotham Magazine asks you to host their annual gala, ::cough:: Beyonce Knowles is a pretty big deal!
She arrived at the New York City shindig to assume her duties, stopping along the way to pose for the paparazzi.
And no wonder the shutterbugs were so eager to get pictures of her- she looked amazing in a black form fitting Rock & Republic turtleneck gown with her hair pulled back.

Probably the most notable aspect of Knowles’ ensemble, though, was her choice of earrings- a pair of black and gold Chanel globes. Swanky!

She’s always up to something fabulous, and last night Beyonce was over at the 59th Street Blooming dales store in New York City on a promotional gig.
Beyonce was in the house in celebration of her new film “Cadillac RCheck Spellingecords,” along with her mother Tina Knowles. And like the entrepreneurial spirit that she is, Miss Knowles found a way to cross-promote another one of her ventures of course.

Customers who purchased a dress from Beyonce’s House of Dereon dress collection were also given an autographed copy of the “Cadillac Records” soundtrack, which won’t be available in stores for another month.
And for all of you Etta James fans out there who can't wait to see Beyonce play the legendary singer, “Cadillac Records” opens in theaters nationwide December 5th.

Well if you haven't heard already Beyonce has two new singles out off her upcoming album and I'm in love with both. I mentioned the other day that she was on TRL promoting the album. My personal favorite is "Single Ladies" and if you haven't seen the video we have it here for you. Its cute and poppy with a lot of dance moves. Of course we can expect that it's Beyonce. Both songs have black and white videos, I believe that's the color tone she wants for all videos off her album. "If I Were A Boy" is a lovely song as well and I love the concept of that video as well. Enjoy the video if you haven't already seen it.

Beyonce gears up for new album and I can't wait. She paid a visit to MTV’s Total Request Live yesterday, and she was looking great.
She wore a cute strapless black mini dress over top a pair of black leggings with shiny black leather boots. Now you know how I love black on top of black.

As it turns out, Beyonce’s new album, set for release November 18, is going to double our pleasure, as it’s a double-disc package, with 17 songs in all. She’ll also release an 11-song single disc for those who prefer to be more conservative with their cash.
The first disc in the deluxe package will have a more romantic, chilled out vibe, and will be titled “I Am…Beyonce.” As for the second disc, it will contain more upbeat dance tracks, though the title will be kept secret until the release day. Rumor has it that this is beyonce last official album.
