Bicycle Crunches: Help tone and flat the stomach for that perfect bikini swimwear you’ve been dying to wear. Start with 10 repetitions on each side and than work your way up to a hundred. If you do this routine for 2 weeks you will see a great improvement.
Glutes: Hip Raise This is another belly burner and also butt toner that’s easy to do without equipment. Start out with a full set of 30 and a 20 second rest and repeat. You will feel the intensity but it’s so worth it in the end.
Bodyweight Squat: If you’re looking to get sexy legs and a tight butt for those skinny jeans this is the key workout routine you need to do. Start out doing at least 15 to 20 repetitions you will see a change in a week, I love doing these ; )
Arnold Press: Get those arms in check without the flab with this routine for a shapely look. Do a good 15 reps to start and work your way up, double session for this so ideal for instant improvement.
What’s your summer exercise routine?
My Summer Routine consists of alternating between jumping rope and lifting weights for 30 minutes in the AM , M-F.
This is something I need to start incorporating into my daily routine. I have been habing a hard time losing my extra pounds from my 3rd baby and I need to find a way to motivate myself to workout.
