Nightlife Trendsetter

It's the weekend so we thought we might get you a bit excited. The night scene is where it's at and if you haven't lived it up in awhile you're missing out. Let's start by getting your look on point so you can blend in with the crowd and not be a shadow.

Glitzy Dresses are always a priority when you are apart of the nightlife scene, it's never a dull moment when someone may ask for you number. So look good when they do.

This look is actually 2 pieces, I was fooled too.

Slinky Lamé Tulip Skirt $36.00

Stretch Knit Tube Top $16.00

If you can afford both items please buy because at the end of the day you really have a variety of options. The skirt can be worn with a variety of glamorous looks and the top can also be combined on a casual jean day.

For This Look Rock: Accessories that glitz to the fullest extent, no worries about it being too much, the lights will be low and all eyes will be on you.

Another 2 piece set

Stretch Sequin Skirt $36.00

Again you have options if you buy both items together. It's a sexy siren look that's meant for those who like to be a teaser.

For This Look Rock: Your all black everything theme, but make sure your shoes are the sexy splurge ones. I approve the jet black stockings look with this dress, you can get away with it. Do have smokey deep eyes and bold lips.
Twisted Mock Neck Top $34.00

High Shine Stretch Legging $34.00

Okay so it's not a dress but it still has that nightlife factor.

For This Look Rock: A mid size length shirt (You must feel comfortable with the top being short) you want the leggings to have the full effect, a longer top will hide it. Your highest open toe bootie and a glitzy ring. Simple earrings and makeup would be ideal.

Sequin & Stud Detail Dress $44.00
The color is fun and the mix of studs and sequins can't be that kind of sparkle.

For This Look Rock: Ankle booties that have the same effect=studs/sequins. Keep that theme going if your booties are a metallic silver you definitely are on the right track. A natural bronze look and small silver clutch and you ROCK!

For the chicas who want to play it safe. Can't be too daring or too wild, it's fine enjoy your wine or champagne in these trendy dim light dresses.

Metallic Animal Print Dress $56.00

For This Look Rock: Your signature black pump with a bit of detail on the front or back and add a leopard clutch or some animal print for a touch of pop. Natural gold and soft pearl for you makeup statement.
Metal Mesh One-Shoulder Dress $66.00

For This Look Rock: Follow the same lead as above but do have a clutch that complements the mesh patch on the shoulder. Also soft sheer frost eyes and matching mani.

Sparkle all nighters

Blouson Sequin Skirt Dress $64.00

For This Look Rock
: Keep the sparkle theme if you must or opt for a nude open toe pump. Remember the only piece that sparkles is the skirt so the blouse softens this style. Do wear hoop earrings that shine but don't go nuts with the sparkle, three rule minimum.

ORLY ’s Metallic Matte Collection

Color: Iron Butterfly

Since my last obsession over Orly's Foil Collection I had to try their Metallic Matte Collection because it's becoming the biggest trend. This charcoal black dazzles with shimmer accents to give you that limelight touch. It's perfect to liven up a all black outfit and a great fashion do for a night out with the girls.

I like the fact that the color is edgy, fashionable and fun. My only issue was by the third day the polish slowly chipped and I had to reapply. My reason for this is I personally used a bargained topcoat and basecoat so this may be why I couldn't get passed three days, so try investing in a quality top coat so that the polish is secured and last longer. Orly does make a Bonder $9 basecoat but I didn't use it so learn from my mistake.

Also you really don't need a topcoat when achieving for the Matte look Orly's Bonder basecoat $9 is enough but I like the extra shine so I added one coat on my nails.

I would recommend rocking Iron Butterfly as your weekend nail polish because you will be able to get your Fri-Sun glam style on! Than switch it up and be a trendsetter for your Mon-Thurs look. Other colors in the collection are Solid Gold: Metallic Matte Gold ,Glam Rock: Metallic Matte Copper.

Collection will be available beginning March 2010 for $7.50 each, check out other nail lacquer from Orly.

GlitterBuzzStyle Beauty

Japonesque

Let's me start off by saying I've never tweezed my brows myself before, I always get them done professionally because I thought tweezing myself would be more painful and that I would do it completely wrong so this review was a challenge for me. I must also say I found that most woman do pluck their own eye brows I am a very impress, guess I should save the $8 bucks and do it myself!

Japonesque's tweezer were super easy to use as I soon found out and it was actually very enjoyable for me since it was at my own pace, I didn't have to worry about when I was going to feel that little pinch.

I really love the fact that the styles of the tweezers are very trendy, I have the cheetah and blue flower pattern, it also comes with a little pouch, fabulous! Japonesque's tweezers are huge with the celebrities most makeup artist use it on them before giving them that beauty look. It was very easy to use for the little stray hairs I was very comfortable with the outcome.

Important facts: Use tweezer point for smaller hairs and slanted side for general tweezing. (Not sure if I did it this way but it still worked)

It comes in a variety of colors like pink, red, purple, green, black and also they have a huge selection of fashion styles.

Also if the tweezer looses it's edge you can send it back to them and they will recondition it for you. Embrace the celebrity treatment ladies! Go directly to their website and download the Tweezer Reconditiong Request Form.

Retail Price: $20
