Weekend Nails
ORLY ’s Metallic Matte Collection

Color: Iron Butterfly
Since my last obsession over Orly's Foil Collection I had to try their Metallic Matte Collection because it's becoming the biggest trend.
I like the fact that the color is edgy, fashionable and fun. My only issue was by the third day the polish slowly chipped and I had to reapply. My reason for this is I personally used a bargained topcoat and basecoat so this may be why I couldn't get passed three days, so try investing in a quality top coat so that the polish is secured and last longer. Orly does make a Bonder $9 basecoat but I didn't use it so learn from my mistake.

Also you really don't need a topcoat when achieving for the Matte look Orly's Bonder basecoat $9 is enough but I like the extra shine so I added one coat on my nails.
I would recommend rocking Iron Butterfly
as your weekend nail polish because you will be able to get your Fri-Sun glam style on! Than switch it up and be a trendsetter for your Mon-Thurs look. Other colors in the collection are Solid Gold: Metallic Matte Gold
,Glam Rock: Metallic Matte Copper.
Collection will be available beginning March 2010 for $7.50 each, check out other nail lacquer from Orly.
Special thanks to Danielle H. and Ilisa W. at LaForce+Stevens for the samples!
