Isn't this the cutest well put together outfit? Very simple and casual I love it. Although I could possibly never wear a high waisted skirt because it doesn't look that great on me I can love to see it on other females. Lauren Conrad does wears it well. The Hills starlet looked very fashionable in a white tank top teamed with a pleated red high-waisted skirt, sunglasses, and a pair of casual two-strap sandals.
