Rachel Bilson At the Whitney Art Party and auction - NYC, I love the dress on her and you know what it is Herve Leger baby! Fabulous! I need to squeeze in a dress like this and work it out!
Anyway I'm a bit upset that the shoes are all wrong with the outfit I know the theme was Art & Chic but those shoes are boring. That dress rocks and the shoes should have also. The jewlery would have been the Art & Chic part for me. But she still works that dress!
