Events: Inside Wacoal Spring/Summer Collection at London Hotel

Wacoal’s spring and summer collection is bold, vibrant and truly feminine offering something special for every woman. I attended their launch event at the London Hotel in NYC and was able to get a glimpse of the collection and also get fitted with a Wacoal bra expert. I tried one of Wacoal’s bestsellers the Embrace Lace Underwire T-Shirt Bra $57,  its size goes up to 38DDD and the color choices are Coral/White, Black/Tan, Tan/Mocha and Nude/Ivory. The style is beautiful and so is the comfort but it was tough deciding which shade to get but I played it safe with black.

Instant Polish T-Shirt Bra $62 Perfect for the ladies that are top heavy, up to size 40DD and the shades are pink, black and nude.
Enchantment Underwire Bra $62 Full coverage to lift and shape you, up to size 42DD and the lace styles comes in black, nude and pink.
b.wow'd by b.tempt'd Push Up Bra $40 Push up bra that can be worn criss-cross or as a halter, up to size 36DD and colors range in peach, pink, purples, browns and blues.

Review + Giveaway: Maidenform Shapewear + Bra

Last week I filmed for the brand Maidenform and I dished about my real life experiences when it comes to finding the perfect bra. Finding a bra can be very challenging when it comes to style, comfort and of course fit. Getting your correct bra size is always important to finding your signature bra. While at Maidenform I had a expert on hand to introduce me to their new “IT” bra called Comfort Devotion, which is so ultra soft and comfortable.
 I loved it as soon as I tried it on and I knew it was going to be a perfect everyday bra. The exact style that I bought was Maidenform Comfort Devotion Embellished Extra Coverage Bra $30 in a Latte shade. This style also comes in great shades like blue, purple, white and black.
Another item that I was eyeing was their Shapewear collection, I have always wanted to try this out but never really had the opportunity. And with all the fashion/beauty events I attend it’s a good investment to own for getting that perfect frame. I tried on at least two styles at first in a size medium which was a too tight for me so I went up in a large (not expecting that) and it gave me the perfect contour shape that was amazing. The style was Maidenform Flexees® Take Inches Off Wear Your Own Bra (WYOB) Singlet $48 and another favorite that I loved was Maidenform Flexees® Easy-Up® Strapless Full Slip $48, both allows you to rock your own bra and it keeps things looking firm and under control so I had to grab that as well. The basic shades that they come in are nude and black.

Basic Bra Hunting Tips

If your breasts spill out over the top or sides of your bra � it's the wrong size.
Look for a bigger band or cup size.

� If your cups pucker, wrinkle, or dimple in � it's the wrong size. Choose a smaller cup size.


� If your bra rides up your back � it's the wrong size. Choose one with a tighter band.

� If you wear an underwire bra, and the underwire doesn't lay flat against your rib
cage � it's the wrong size. Choose a larger one

Your best bet is to get a bra fitting, it's the perfect way to know your accurate size and it will make it easier when purchasing items online.

I did some major shopping at Victoria Secret, I was having one of those moments where you need to go out and shop until you drop. Yes I hate having those moments because that's when you spend more than you expect. But at least I know I'm going to look good in the end.
