I had the pleasure of trying some great products from POP Beauty again just in time for the Fall Season!

Known for its trendy spark and upbeat character POP Beauty gives us their Fall Collection that will have you looking FAB this season!

Backstage Buzz - No. 1 Natural Soot-$28

Gives you the fashion look of London and all it has to offer. The colors in the kit are not only perfect for the catwalk but for an evening out with your best girl's!

I love the color choices for the eyes that are in the kit. The silver, and black and beige colors all have a touch of shimmer that gives a gorgeous look!

The colors for the cheeks are great as well. This kit is perfect if you are bold and seductive!

I also love the fact that POP Beauty always gives application direction on all their products it's extremely helpful.

The Backstage Buzz kit is available in two color combos: Midnight Soot and Natural Soot. My absolute favorite item was the Tan Popper!

Again the colors were excellent. There were many selections that you can choose for whatever mood you were feeling. I like bold colors and I also like natural tones!

The two cheek shades Glow and blusher hit the spot! They look gorgeous on the cheeks and the colors are both workable.

The bronzer was the ultimate shade!

I'm not a fan of eye pencil's but I loved these, they went on very smooth and I like the dark color choices.

The kit contains nine Eye Shades (turquoise, pink, golden purple, true gold, peach gold, copper-bronze, sooty blue, chocolate glow, fresh lime green), three Jumbo Eye Pencils (black, deep blue, deep plum), a nude peachy-gold Face Glow, a peachy-pink Blush, a natural over sized Bronzer, and a liner and eye shade duo brush.

I have been in a relationship with my husband for 8 years and I have been living with a huge secret. My husband has physically abused me over the years. I want to leave but I’m not sure what I should do? I’m scared to leave and tell my family what has been going on. I have a 4 year old daughter and I don't have any money to walk away.

Reina, it's time to get out! You need to plan this out now and do it while he is out of the house or at work. Your first concern is your safety and your daughters. If he hurts you who knows what he will do to her. You should have told a friend or someone you could trust so they knew what was going on and they could have helped you get through this. A man who hits a woman is no good you don't deserve that and you know it! Please inform someone about this now!!



Here are some Safety tips for you Reina and anyone else in a situation like this!

Safety Plan

• If you are still in the relationship:
  Think of a safe place to go if an argument occurs - avoid rooms with no exits (bathroom), or rooms with weapons (kitchen).
  Think about and make a list of safe people to contact.
  Keep change with you at all times.
  Memorize all important numbers.
  Establish a "code word" or "sign" so that family, friends, teachers or co-workers know when to call for help.
  Think about what you will say to your partner if he\she becomes violent. Remember, you have the right to live without fear and violence.


• If you have left the relationship:
  Change your phone number.
  Screen calls.
  Save and document all contacts, messages, injuries or other incidents involving the batterer.
  Change locks, if the batterer has a key.
  Avoid staying alone.
  Plan how to get away if confronted by an abusive partner.
  If you have to meet your partner, do it in a public place.
  Vary your routine.
  Notify school and work contacts.
  Call a shelter for battered women.

If you leave the relationship or are thinking of leaving, you should take important papers and documents with you to enable you to apply for benefits or take legal action.Important papers you should take include social security cards and birth certificates for you and your children, your marriage license, leases or deeds in your name or both yours and your partner's names, your checkbook, your charge cards, bank statements and charge account statements, insurance policies, proof of income for you and your spouse (pay stubs or W-2's), and any documentation of past incidents of abuse (photos, police reports, medical records, etc.)
